NASD Listed RTTimeSync Unveiled for Reg. NMS Compliance at the Linux on Wall Street Conference and MySQL Users Conference

Socorro, NM – April 20, 2007 – NASD listed RTTimeSync™ from FSMLabs (http://www.fsmlabs.com) will be unveiled concurrently at the Linux on Wall Street Conference in NY, NY and at the MySQL Users Conferences in Santa Clara, CA on April 23, 2007. RTTimeSync brings hard real-time technology to the financial markets for OATS, MiFID and Reg. NMS compliance. The National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) listed clock synchronization time-stamp compliance solution eliminates clock-drift for both clusters and individual servers.
RTTimeSync provides precise timing solutions at near hardware speeds and offers the following compliance advantages:
- Computers stay within ~250 nanoseconds of any time source.
- RTTimeSync exceeds the NASD’s OATS Rules 6950-6957 timing requirements.
- RTTimeSync exceeds SEC’s Reg. NMS timing requirements.

- The system is robust even when the time source is intermittent.
