FSMLabs is focused on enterprise solutions and specifically on solutions related to financial trading.
The core FSMLabs product offering is the TimeKeeper global precision time distribution solution.
FSMLabs continues to offer legacy products from its real-time Linux technology. FSMLabs licensing Agreement for that technology limits use to applications in the “Enterprise Applications Field” which is defined to include:
- (I) Computer systems running Software that (1) provides critical business logic support functionality to an organization, (2) is deployed on standard, commercially available PCs, notebooks, servers, clusters, supercomputers, mainframes or PC or server boards, and (3) are typically deployed and maintained by a corporate IT department, including, without limitation, financial trading systems, ERP, CRM and billing systems;
- (II) Simulation and analysis software deployed on standard, commercially available PCs, notebooks, servers, clusters, supercomputers, mainframes or PC or server boards;
- (III) Applications and systems operating on PCs, notebooks, servers, clusters, supercomputers, mainframes or PC or server boards for business or personal use, including, without limitation, firewalls and applications for security, fault-tolerance and data collection.
